Terms of Purchase

1. Introduction and Scope of Services
1.1 Jay Jadva Group (“JJG”) provides comprehensive coaching services designed to support individuals in achieving their personal development goals across fitness, nutrition, mindset, and sleep optimisation. These Terms of Purchase establish the fundamental framework governing the relationship between JJG and its clients.
1.2 Our service offerings encompass a comprehensive range of coaching interventions, including physical fitness programming, nutritional guidance, behavioural coaching, and sleep optimisation strategies. These services may be delivered through multiple platforms, including in-person sessions and digital coaching programmes, tailored to meet individual client requirements and objectives.
1.3 Clients are expressly advised that JJG provides general coaching and guidance. The services do not constitute medical advice, psychological treatment, or licensed healthcare interventions. Individuals with specific medical concerns or clinical conditions are strongly recommended to consult appropriate healthcare professionals prior to engaging with our programmes.
2. Client Eligibility and Responsibilities
2.1 Participation in JJG services is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or have obtained explicit parental or guardian consent. Clients must possess the legal capacity to enter into a service agreement and fully comprehend the nature of the coaching services being provided.
2.2 Each client bears the fundamental responsibility of providing comprehensive and accurate information regarding their physical health, medical history, and any existing conditions that might impact their ability to participate safely in prescribed programmes. This disclosure is critical to ensuring appropriate and safe service delivery.
2.3 Clients acknowledge and accept that individual results from coaching interventions are inherently variable. Outcomes depend on numerous factors, including personal commitment, physiological characteristics, lifestyle considerations, and consistent adherence to professional guidance.
3. Health and Safety Protocols
3.1 Clients must confirm and warrant that they are medically and physically capable of engaging in the proposed coaching activities. This includes possessing the requisite health status to undertake physical exercise, nutritional modifications, and mental performance strategies.
3.2 An ongoing obligation exists for clients to proactively communicate any changes in their health status that might materially affect their participation in JJG programmes. This includes reporting new medical conditions, physical limitations, or significant health developments.
3.3 Nutritional and performance guidance provided by JJG is specifically focused on general wellness and body composition objectives. Such advice should not be interpreted as a substitute for professional medical consultation or treatment. Clients are strongly advised to seek independent medical guidance before commencing any new fitness, nutrition, or performance enhancement programme.
4. Service Delivery and Modifications
4.1 JJG reserves the comprehensive right to modify service structures, coaching methodologies, and programme designs. Such modifications may arise from regulatory changes, advancements in coaching practices, client feedback, or organisational strategic considerations.
4.2 Personal Training packages are typically valid for a six-month duration. Unused sessions will expire at the conclusion of this period, with no provision for retrospective refunds or credit transfers.
4.3 In exceptional circumstances, clients may request package extensions. Qualifying circumstances include:
  • Pregnancy
  • Serious medical illness
  • Significant physical injury
  • Unexpected professional redundancy
4.4 Extension requests will be evaluated on an individual basis, requiring appropriate documentary evidence and management discretion.
5. Financial Terms and Payment Conditions
5.1 Service pricing may vary based on multiple factors, including the specific trainer allocated, location of training facility, complexity and duration of services, and current promotional offerings.
5.2 Clients are required to complete payment to initiate and continue services. JJG reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment, refuse service delivery if financial obligations are not met, and adjust pricing with appropriate notice.
5.3 For subscription-based services, pricing adjustments will be communicated with a minimum of 30 days’ written notice, providing clients the opportunity to cancel their subscription before any changes take effect.
5.4 Refund considerations will be assessed individually, with management retaining full discretionary authority. Pro-rata refunds may be considered in specific medical circumstances, while voluntary programme termination typically does not qualify for financial reimbursement.
5.5 Administrative fees may be applied to refund processing, reflecting the operational costs associated with financial adjustments and account management.
5.6 Specific Refund Policies
5.6.1 Programmes and Masterclasses are eligible for refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, subject to written request submission.
5.6.2 Subscription and Membership Services: (a) Where applicable, trial periods or initial refund windows may be offered, during which cancellation will result in no charges. (b) Members may cancel their subscription at any time, retaining access to services until the current billing period ends. (c) All subscriptions operate on an automatic renewal basis, with payments processed automatically on the designated renewal date. (d) Renewal payments, once processed, are non-refundable. (e) It is the member’s responsibility to cancel their subscription before the renewal date to prevent automatic charging.
6. Intellectual Property Protections
6.1 All digital and physical materials provided by JJG are protected under intellectual property legislation. Clients are expressly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any coaching materials without explicit written permission.
6.2 Specific restrictions include:

7.2 Clients may initiate service termination by providing comprehensive written notice, completing requisite documentation, and satisfying all outstanding financial obligations.
8. Liability and Responsibility
8.1 Scope of Liability
